Research assistant/BTA (m/f/d) antibody production

What you will do:

•Lab organization, ordering and taking care of general lab duties

• Support of generating new antibody constructs by molecular biology methods including handling of bacterial cells

• Cultivating mammalian cells, including suspension cells for antibody production

• Support protein purification

‍

What you will bring:

• Completed training as BTA/Biology Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) or similar

• Hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques, especially handling bacterial cells, cloning and DNA preparation.

• Background in protein purification using ÄKTA systems

• Experiences in handling mammalian cells in general, suspension cells are a plus

•Excellent organizational skills, motivated and team-oriented mindset

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Solid handling of MS Office software
